A different way to be on the road
In Forbes, JAY B reflects on touring, TR.EE and the new Def. album.
Jeff Benjamin’s interview follows JAY B in New York during his US tour. The conversation moves between the pressure of leading a group, learning to enjoy the cities around him and finding a more sustainable approach to work.
It also connects TR.EE with 2018.12.25, released as Def. This is the broader career read in the selection: a chance to hear how the artist understands the choices behind a busy year, beyond the release announcements.
